To become a What’s Up Dog? Animal Care Specialist, you must be fun, energetic, hard working, people friendly, dog-friendly, and have that desire that only “dog people” have to work in the dog industry. You must be able to lift 70#, work independently and as part of a team. The right candidate will have a neat appearance, have reliable transportation, possess good people skills, and absolutely be ready to provide proper care to dogs in our environment. Our Daycare Attendants and Kennel Techs must be willing to learn about proper nutrition and basics of dog training. We are an all hands on deck type of place and we work together for the benefit of the dogs in our care and serving their people.
To join our team as a Groomer you must have qualified experience and a desire to be excellent! Our professional groomers enjoy the flexibility of scheduling we offer, and the ease of booking in clients that creates a great revenue stream. With a boarding facility, doggie daycare and retail stores to draw from, we have an edge over many other grooming facilities by provide a one-stop-shop for many customers.
Our Retail Associates must be able to work in a busy environment, answering phones - stocking shelves - maintaining the store appearance. You must be able to lift 70#, work independently and as part of a team. The right candidate will have a neat appearance, have reliable transportation, possess good people skills.
